    Working with Carol has been a true transformation mind and body. I have struggled with weight since my mid 20s and mindset my entire life. I have tried every fad out there for over 10 years to lose weight. I would sometimes lose the weight, only to put it back on in a few months. Carol helps you look at your relationship with food, how you cope, and what role food has played in your life. This really helps set the framework for you to focus on nutrition and your goals to make lasting changes to your lifestyle. If you are looking for a new lease on life on how you view food, I would highly recommend Carol.

    I went vegan many years ago for animals (not health). At times over the years, in order to lose weight (that I gained prior to going vegan), I've tried following the "whole foods plant based" diet and I always returned to being more of a junk food vegan after some time because I didn't feel satiated. Carol's program really helped me realize how important balancing protein, carbs, and fat is to lose weight and feel satiated. I feel much less triggered around sugar and other vegan junk food now because I have ways to incorporate those "fun" foods and still lose weight.     I really enjoyed working with Carol and I learned so much. I never knew I would enjoy tofu the way I do - or my own cooking! Now I actually prefer to eat at home - which is a huge change for me. I also think about my meals in advance and actually plan a balanced meal - definitely a new concept for me but turns out it eventually comes naturally. I really can’t say enough about how my eating habits have changed and my weight and health are both improving because of it. This is a lifetime change, not a temporary diet. I highly recommend Carol and her Vegan weight loss program!
