This program not only helped me to eat a balanced plate, it helped me in my conversion to veganism as well as helping me get rid of my need to snack throughout the day. The information taught in the program gave me a much better understanding as to how nutrition works and how the body breaks down and metabolizes the different macro nutrients as well as answering why other diets haven’t worked for me in the past.
