At first, my kids were hesitant about attending class, but after just one session, they couldn't wait to go back! The senseis' compassion and the positive message they deliver are truly amazing, the training is excellent; it's been only a month, and my kids can already do a high kick to the face. Highly recommend

Love this place, and so does my son Andre, not a single day he doesn’t want to go, they teach them about discipline respect and so many great things, he’s learning and having fun ??????

I have to say I was a bit worried that this would be another activity that my son would not want to keep doing but he absolutely loves going. He has already moved up to a yellow belt way ahead of schedule! He also has become more active (less video games and TV). All the instructors are very kind and caring. I would highly recommend checking this place out with your children. Especially, if they are not so much into sports. They workout, learn martial arts, learn about respect, self defense and have ALOT of fun all at the same time!
