“The best. Without question. I met Paulo and his team in my late 40's after having to stop working out and being active with nine herniated discs and was told I'd need to go on pain killers and have epidural back treatments for the rest of my life. I didn't want that and wanted to find a healthy way back. Fit Factor was the answer. I worked with Paulo, the owner of FFT, as he too was a back pain sufferer. What I found unique about Fit Factor (and why I'm an advocate) was aside from all the trainers being certified, they actually designed programs around my specific needs. Other trainers I've worked with it was like a production line, whatever they did with the person before, was my workout too. I no longer need pain meds, or epidurals, I just need Fit Factor.But then I started having issues with my hip, and sure enough, I had to have hip replacement (in my 50's!). I turned to Paulo and his team for their Pre-Rehabilitation program. Fit Factor focused in on areas to strengthen my body as the surgery would set me back, and by building up my muscles and strength before surgery, well, just as the surgeon and the Physical Therapy facility! I was released earlier than ANY PATIENCE they have ever had because of Fit factor. More to the point, not only was I done with "PT" in 4 weeks, but my life had completely returned to (better than) normal! “Having dealt with severe pain in my shoulder that was getting worse worse I went to Dr D'Amora to see what he thought. He suggested PRP - platelet rich plasma - this process involves no drugs or surgery. Your own blood is drawn and spun down to a concentrated solution injected back into the shoulder area. While I had been skeptical about the regenerative properties of this treatment, after three treatments over a couple of months time the pain began decreasing and the range of motion increased. Now it has been about six months since the first treatment and I am totally pain free with fully normal range of motion restored. All I can say is WOW - much thanks to Amore Regenerative Medicine for regenerating a healthy shoulder for me.“
