She called me right back and told me they could get someone out to our house today and explained the service fee. RonDale arrived around 12:45pm and fixed our problem within 15 min. of being there. He was the main reason I called this company because his name was mentioned numerous times in other google reviews. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. “We are long time customers. Great family business! You get a personal touch that is so rare these days! We needed a new brush for the hose, but liked the one from the first vacuum cleaner we purchased from the store 30 years ago. The brush manufacturer went out of business. So the owner of this store made some calls and family stock and we'll get it next week. Now that's what I call service!“
