“We contacted Blue Bear and other HVAC companies for a quote to repair or replace our current system.They came the same day and their lead technician Josh was very knowledgeable, polite and paid attention to our questions. He asnwered everyone and always followed up with "Do you have another question or did I answer your issue? He spent two hours here diagnosing and servicing our system. The other companies that arrived were not interested in servicing our system becuase its at least 10 yrs old. Blue Bear found our problem, fixed it and had or system purring before he left. “This is a good outfit with helpful office staff (kudu's to Susan) and good technicians - I appreciate you, Austin and Don! Today, at 2:30pm, the AC went out. Susan managed to get a tech set up for an evening service call. Austin was thorough, showed and explained his findings well, then got things running for just the cost of the service call. Impressive.
I've only been here 8 months, and service costs for anything seem high, but both their service contracts and diagnostic costs are reasonable - and at least you get good, knowledgeable people and excellent service from this company.
