These guys moved a 9000 btu mini split from one area of a home to another, added a Professional Chase cover, copper lineset w/ install and Termo wire, and did a phenomenal job with a price quote that outdid the original install. Jason was wonderful, arrived promptly, was very courteous, and quickly got to work resolving an AC issue, explaining everything thoroughly and sharing helpful tips. Everyone dealt with were a 10 star, with expertise, caring, and respect shown. They did exactly what they said on a timeline they laid out, working excellently as a team.
Date: 09 June 2025 - These guy’s moved my 9000 btu mini split from one area of my home to another area and added a Professional Chase cover, copper lineset w/ install and Termo wire, I mean removed it and relocated it! They did a phenomenal job! and with a price quote that out did the Original install from the company that did the install! I would Always go with these guys! Thank you Best Value A/C & Heating for providing professional customer service and workmanship to Ormond by the Sea.
Jason was wonderful! He arrived promptly, was very courteous, and quickly got to work resolving my AC issue. He explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand and even shared some helpful tips. Very knowledgeable and professional. The dispatcher was also so sweet and pleasant to work with. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!
Everyone I dealt with - Jason, Vinnie and Josh were a 10 star. Giving them 5 stars doesn't give them credit. Other companies I have dealt with do not come close to the expertise, caring, and respect shown by Best Value A/C. They did exactly what they said on a timeline they laid out. They all work excellently as a team. I greatly appreciated the American Pride (American made) HVAC. As I am an Army Airborne Special Forces veteran, I truly understand teamwork and get the job done best possible. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you are in need.
