The fan on my Daikin stopped working at about 7 p.m. which was after hours and it was pretty hot and humid outside. I was worried that it was too late in the day to call a repair man, but I did a search on the internet anyway. I was relieved when I found Frank Gay available after work hours. He was very pleasant when I called, and he quoted me a reasonable price. Alex arrived 30 min later after calling me in advance and letting me know he was on his way. Alex was just as pleasant to do business with as Frank was, and he seemed pretty knowledgeable about my unit. DAC- Deunte Wright, the ac technician was professional, introduced himself, and actively listened to my explanation of what had happed. He went right to work to analyze the problem, told me the solution and cost. I approved and he fixed it.
He was faithful and arrived around 8:30pm!! I had been without ac since early morning. He had worked since morning and on place had a serious issue that took a long time to fix. This man deserves a raise! He kept his word and came. I am certain he was exhausted but never complained. He was a blessing and a hero for his perseverance! Thank you so much!
