Our house has two a/c units, the main one of which is now 11 years old. Four years ago it went out and we called Igloo. They came quickly, were polite, professional, and fast. I knew the basics, but not a ton about a/c units. They quickly diagnosed a low cost repair and had it up and running within 30 minutes. The same unit started going out again in the current heat. We called them again and got the same great outcome, fast, professional, and inexpensive repair without trying to make it seem like a bigger issue or that it just needed to be completely replaced now. Lief saver. Have people in from out if town and AC went out on the 4th of July. Called them and they returned my all within 15 minutes, got to my house in 30 min and fixed my AC in 20. Great service on the 4th of July. They have my business forever.

Thank you so much for your help in getting our air conditioner repaired. They didn’t have the part and had to order it, but they kept us informed as to the status of delivery. They came out about 30 minutes after telling us they had received it. The guys were extremely polite and did a fast efficient job and my house is cooling down.
