I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and the experience I had dealing with this company.
From the sales and office personnel to the work crew, everyone was very polite, helpful and interested in getting my project completed.
The work crew that showed up, lead by Elliott Corona, was exceptional.
Starting with protecting my shrubs and area around the house, they worked nearly nonstop to complete the job in one day. Elliott was great at keeping me informed on their progress. He also made several runs for supplies for the crew to make some unforeseen repairs. He was the best.
The cleanup afterwards was amazing. I found no residual material and no nails. I believe my garage floor was cleaner when they left then when the arrived.
This was definitely a five-star experience.

Elliott was a great Field Supervisor during my roof installation. He was friendly, comical and kept us advised as things were moving along. He had the crew cleanup very carefully, and we found very few nails left over from the job. These were in spots that were actually hard to reach with the rake magnet. If ever you have a new roof being installed by JK &R you will be lucky to have Elliott be your field supervisor. Good job Elliott!!!
