“We had two issues: our washer was bouncing and slamming the tub, and it walked about a foot every time I washed a load. He replaced the stabilizer bars and it runs like new! Our dryer duct had to be disconnected a few years ago because it was so full of crud, that it got very hot, but the air didn't work due to blockage. he cleaned it out and hooked it back up, so it works great! “No one wants to hear the words your 19 year old 3.5 ton heat pump is worn out and needs replacing anymore than I did recently. It sent me off on a firestorm of research and comparing prices online trying to figure out which company had the best deal for me to have shipped to my home.
