I bought my home several years ago and never had it serviced because I was afraid of dealing with pushy upselling or being falsely told I need a new unit. Fast forward to now in the dead of summer, and my home was 87 degrees despite AC on full blast. On top of that, this was the weekend and I was worried I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get someone quickly.
He came out quickly, fixed my unit, no upselling, very honest, fair pricing, friendly, and explained everything very clearly.
