United Rentals has been great to work with on multiple job sites. Their team is responsive, professional, and always seems to come through, even with last-minute requests. We’ve worked with several people there, and everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.

The equipment has always been in good condition and delivered on time, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to keep a project moving. If there’s ever a question or issue, they respond quickly and work to get it handled.

great company, great communication. Roy/Keith/Mike all very helpful! not to mention very respectful!! communication is on point. we have used them in GA and now in Tally on another job site, they have fulfilled my last min request with 0 issues. they were able to work with me during the holiday break. overall great experience and will continue to use throughout my jobs in Tally.

the staff that you all have working with my account, Greg Teasley the outside rep and Roy Kelly or Ronnie McKamey the inside reps are all very professional and all know the urgency & importance of the equipment we need to complete a project, the best yet that I have dealt with!
