“Overall Barineau does a great job and they do respond. For this service call on 7/13/2026, they told my mother, a 89 year old ready to turn 90 next month that the beeping chirping sound she heard that caused her to shut off the unit had to do with her mishandling the remote control. I would have appreciated if the technician would have asked if she experienced any brownouts the night before, which she did, 3 of them, and then further explain that her particular unit chirps when the voltage drops to an unsafe voltage. Because she was not believed, she was almost in tears.“

“Ben did a great job for us. Deserves a raise. However, $835 for about 2.5 to 3 hours work is an awful lot of money for replacing a toilet seal and running a wire snake to unplug my drain line - just seems excessive“
