I had a great experience with Travis at Tony Kelly. He was very responsive and was able to come out quickly to look at our issue. He identified and fixed the problem right away, and he was also very helpful in getting us set up to be more proactive about future HVAC issues specific to our unit.
Noticed an issue with my one year old heat pump. I had to leave a text message about the problem but received a call within 10 minutes and a tech was at the house within a couple hours. He a was able to get the system going and returned the next day to replace a couple of parts. All covered under a 10 year parts and labor warranty.
