I strongly recommend Payne Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris provided excellent service, always taking time to explain what needed doing and why. He always responded to my calls and questions. He and his co-workers worked long hours to finish even when they encountered unexpected problems. We are very pleased with the new system they installed.

After getting other estimates, we called Chris Payne to replace our HVAC unit. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He listened to the problems we were having with our old unit, inspected it, and told us what our options were for a new unit and how to apply for financing through the city’s energy loan program. We decided on a Ruud unit with a dehumidifier. Very efficient and keeps the humidity down! We are very happy with the job Chris his men did for us as well as his recommendation for the HVAC unit.Services: Install thermostat

Payne's AC & Heating has been family owned and operated in the Tallahassee area since 1994. Bob Payne is a member of a long-standing Tallahassee family and a proud grad of Lively Vocational Technical School, where he received extensive training and the certification required to be the best AC man in town. Bob's son, Chris, works with him and attended local schools in Leon County, finishing up at TCC. They are proud Tallahasseeans and enjoy living in and serving their community.
