Customer service is A+++. Showed up at 9:00 for after hours emergency service. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Staff answered the phone promptly even after hours and very helpful.
Once again, another 5-star rating for Watts Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. One of the a/c units was no longer blowing cold air. I assumed that after 22 years, this unit was finally at its last performance. I called Watts for a maintenance call on the main unit and a service call on the second -non working- unit. I was expecting the worst and received the best. Something caused a coil disconnect on the second unit. It was a quick fix with service on both units. My air went out at 2 AM on a Friday morning. Watts Cooling Heating & Plumbing had been recommended to me by another Tallahassee business that I trusted. I called them at 8:30 AM and a technician was at my home within 25 minutes. The tech did a thorough check of my system, explained the issue to me and fixed the problem quickly and for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Watts for your air conditioning needs.
