Absolutely over-the-top outstanding service! Very helpful, took the time to answer questions, thorough, and went out of their way to assist us with issues completely out of their control due to either previous homeowners or technicians. We had used another company to do preventive maintenance and were told we would get service in the future as a preferred customer ahead of the pack. When the time came to use them today, 4 days out was earliest ETA. Called Donald Guy as a first time customer and the AC was fixed whithin 3 hours. I just purchased my first home and called to see if I could set up an appointment to get my (new to me) AC checked and serviced. Within a couple hours they called to let me know someone was on their way. Charles was professional, very informative (especially for someone new to ownership) and expedient.
