I had been seeing the previous doctor for many many...many years and it took a while to adjust to all the changes with the new doctor. Once you get to know Dr. Castas she's very attentive and listens to what you have to say and what's going on. I don't necessarily use the spa section of her office but I think for some people it's great having that type of service in our town. Give Dr. Castas A chance..I think you'll be surprised! I'm a lifetime Miami Springs resident. Sometimes we have to embrace change.

I had the BEST experience at Beauty by Design Med Spa! I went in for laser treatment and I'm honestly so happy with my results. The place is super clean, beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff is amazing--so professional, knowledgeable, and they make you feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. They explained everything step by step and made sure I felt at ease. Great experience. Just moved in the area- walk in. Didn’t have to wait long and barber was patient and asked how I wanted the cut and offered suggestions on things I wasn’t sure about. A lot of ppl don’t realize haircuts are stressful for some and JorDan rolled out the red carpet. Be back soon!!
