Vernon Hill and Diana Salzar of Douglas Orr Plumbing are good at their jobs and deserve recognition. Diana explained the process for working in a condominium and the need for insurance information and promptly and professionally delivered on her promises. Vernon Hill showed up on time. Was professional and exhibited strong plumbing knowledge and experience for the tasks at hand. It is with great pleasure to report a positive plumbing experience with Douglas Orr Plumbing. I recommend them and would call them again if I need a plumber.
I have used Doug Orr for the past 15 years, and I only have great things to say about them. When dealing with clogged drain pipes I know I can call, count on them to show up quickly and do quality work the first time. They have not failed me once in the past 15 years. I highly recommend them.
Always the best service. Fast and friendly, we have been using Douglas Orr for years. Had the pleasure of having Anthony F as our tech today and he was efficient and provided updates throughout the time he was there. We had to replace our water heater and not only him, but the company, was able to get us everything we needed on the same day and get us hot water back. Highly recommend!
