United Teachers of Dade is a dedicated union that advocates for public education, teachers, ESPs, students, members, and communities. Their spacious office has two floors, with a welcoming common area and offices for officers and boards. UTD acts as the union on the frontlines, fighting for teachers' rights and keeping members informed about legislation. They are committed to supporting educators and ensuring their voices are heard.
Always advocating for our students, teachers, staff and community members.
The 2021 AFT Civil, Human, and Women's Rights Conference was amazing this weekend. I learned so much and we still have so much work to do. Thank you to Karla, Tony, Mindy and the AFT leadership for selecting UTD members to be apart of this great event.
