“Diana was wonderful, my second time i was being helped by her she was so nice . I did a full face wax , and she did AMAZING with my eyebrows! She seems very experienced, will come back to her again!
Update : after being told to come at 5 pm ons Saturday on10/17 even after arriving early i was told to wait 20 mins which i said ok tried to be understanding , after waiting 20 mins the person that was supposed to do my facial waxing went to do someone else's hair ! And i was left sitting like I didnt matter. i got fed up with waiting because i just had gotten out of work and i had stuff to afterwards, which is why i called to be there at 5pm ; i got up and told her i was leaving , she’s said to come in on a weekday which left me perplexed because the reason i even scheduled Saturday was because i was not able to do a weekday and didn’t get an apology. Why would you tell me to come in on a Saturday if you were not going to be able to service me ??? I felt dismissed, my time was wasted and disrespected will never come back again . 👎”
