I had been seeing the previous doctor for many many...many years and it took a while to adjust to all the changes with the new doctor. Once you get to know Dr. Castas she's very attentive and listens to what you have to say and what's going on. I don't necessarily use the spa section of her office but I think for some people it's great having that type of service in our town. Give Dr. Castas A chance..I think you'll be surprised! I'm a lifetime Miami Springs resident. Sometimes we have to embrace change.

I was feeling fatigued, and in need of a pick me up when my friend had commented to me about IV therapy and recommended the IV Lab. I was a bit on the fence, but after this week of being sick and drained and with a three-year-old running around I really needed a pick me up. I brought my husband with me, who also needed a pick me up. We came in to a relaxed environment and some wonderful people who greeted us at the front desk. Jorge is our concierge and he greeted us with a smile, Jorge is very personable, professional and gave that concierge vibe which I had never had in a doctors office before. Dr. Casta has been treating me for a specific medical issue, she is absolutely amazing and I’m so thankful to have such a wonderful health care provider. Everyone in the office are so incredibly helpful, my thanks to Kathy, she is wonderful. I highly recommend CIMA Med Spa!!!Thank you again CIMA, a forever patient I will be?
