I'm not a big fan of going to the doctors office, but Dr. Guillermo makes me feel like I'm visiting a friend. Staff is very friendly. I'm happy to have him as my Doctor/friend.
The staff is great, and the Dr spends the necessary time with you, and has conversations with you, but not only as your doctor, but as a friend, and a confident, with the results, being your good health
Seen by provider in a timely manner. Wait time was less than expected. Gynecologist was very helpful and provided resources to me that pertained to my problem. She assured that I had the needed orders for my yearly mammogram and MRI. She also renewed my medications prior to leaving the office. She is very approachable and is a great listener. Excellent customer service.
