I am officially certified to make outstanding bloody marys thanks to the Workshop. Went here with some friends for the class and was horrified to learn the Zeitgeist secret ingredient, which turns out to be essential. Can't tell you what it is though. You've got to take the workshop and get certified to find out. Only problem is that your friends start showing up for brunch every Sunday...and sometimes Wednesday....when they realize how amazing your BMs are. I haven't been sober since August. Train at your own risk.

Mecca is incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to everybody's needs and I will continue doing yoga with Mecca. I would recommend her yoga classes to everybody and anybody.

Very Intimate, relaxing, and perfect yogi ambiance. Have been coming here for over a year and by far the best attention and instruction. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to start, get back in or continue their practice. Mecca is the instructor and has several years of practice under her belt. She is awesome and a great soul. Glad to be be The Yoga Room's yogi!
