All of the girls working there (sales and front desk) are truly incredible. Every single one of them is knowledgeable, educated, and extremely professional. They took the time to guide me through every step, answer all of my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Not only that, but they made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for — like I was at home. That kind of environment is rare, and it made such a difference in my experience.
The front desk team is just as amazing — always welcoming, polite, and helpful. Every interaction felt smooth, organized, and positive.
Dr. Williams is absolutely phenomenal. He is not only kind and professional, but truly talented at what he does. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the body of my dreams. I couldn’t be happier with my results.
I also have to give a special thank you to Angela, the manager. She is an incredible person inside and out. She was there for me throughout my entire journey, making sure I felt confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. She, along with the entire team, made sure I knew exactly what to expect and helped me feel completely prepared.
This entire team goes above and beyond for their patients. If you are looking for a place where you will feel cared for, respected, educated, and truly taken care of — this is it. I highly, highly recommend them.

Before even stepping foot into the treatment area, I was given a wellness shot that consisted of a variety of vegetables. Monique then showed me around the spa amenities while I waited to receive treatment, making sure I understood where everything was and asking along the way if she could clarify anything for me. She made incredible recommendations - yes, the lounge cookies were delicious - and left me to my own to relax once she had given me a thorough walkthrough. I followed the spa's flow recommendation, alternating between the sauna and the cold plunge. I was rejuvenated before I had even began my appointment. Then came the best part - Lakita! As part of my package, I received a body scrub and scalp/body massage. It was truly amazing and unlike any spa experience I've ever had. I felt so at ease the entire time. I appreciate all of the staff who made the day unforgettable!“
