Elena is hands down, absolutely amazing. She is warm, kind, and super knowledgeable. I was a little nervous and she reassured me everything would be fine, answered all of my questions and even handed me a blanket as my body was shivering. Her customer service skills IS one of the main reasons why I'm a "regular" customer.Now, onto Dr. Patel, he's amazing himself! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, answered every single one of my answers and took the time to analyze my face and gave me his feedback/recommendations that were in total alignment with my requests.I'd absolutely recommend this place for all of your dermatology needs including any and all facial tweakments. “I had such a phenomenal experience! I came in to do a cut, and everything about the experience was magnificent. We started on time, the products are amazing! My hair was cut and style incredibly, and I have curly hair. The cat was taylored to my hair, curling pattern and also to my length. Not a detail was ignored. I left with my hair styled and truly looking like a mermaid. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and it’s hard to really find a beautiful haircut. This is the second time I’ve had my haircut here and I’ve been unbelievably happy each time. It’s glamorous and long, the layers are perfect and I’m so happy. I won hundred recommend the salon. “My new favorite place for lash extensions! Kim the lash tech was super friendly and knowledgeable on how to keep my lashes healthy. I got a full set of volume lash extensions and my lashes look amazing. I was pretty shocked at the price of the lashes because it was inexpensive compared to other places in the Coral Gables area. Definitely worth every penny. I also like that they were mask when do the service so they are not breathing in your face. Thanks for my beautiful eyelash extensions“
