W spa is fantastic. I go to many spas and usually have one thing to comment on for improvement. Not this time. Enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Valentino. Massage was a 10+. She was awesome. The infrared sauna was fabulous too. You wont be disappointed.
From the moment David greeted me, Away Spa was an experience I plan to frequent at least once a quarter moving forward. The facilities were immaculately polished and peaceful. Warm tones and warmer hospitality. The tea and treats offered a quick bite before the main attraction, a facial with Tatiana. She is a professional beyond comparison, I have never had a better facial. Period. It was cleansing and so so relaxing. She has a special touch and a true gift. Thank you!

Alex, my masseuse, was phenomenal. She catered to all of my needs and delivered a massage that was both relaxing and intentional. Her confidence, attention to detail, and passion for her work truly stood out. The aromatherapy portion of the experience was top tier and elevated everything.
Lyly at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure my experience started off smoothly.
