Amazing experience from start to finish! The whole spa team is so welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing the moment you walk in. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had done by Hector, it was personalized, therapeutic, and very relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed. Will definitely come back!
For sure 5 star service even under stressful conditions. I appreciate their curiosity and patience. So yes spa relaxation area is small but still a nice place to enjoy a day at 1 hotel without staying at the hotel overnight. They give access to PLNTcafe that has beautiful indoor outdoor view of ocean. They have very nice rolled pearl jasmine tea, which is very premium in my eyes they also had chamomile and chai. I thought these are 3 very good tea options. The very kind and hospitable lounge attendants were both very good at everything.
