“We had Nicholas Ruiz come over and do an evaluation on our roof after several hail storms that happened in Melbourne. Nick was very thorough and assisted with the insurance adjuster in having our claim approved. Nick was professional and always available when I either called or text him for updates. “Doors by Tim just replaced an entryway door for me. My original door had been replaced by another company who had ordered the wrong door and then had spent 6 months jury rigging it. Since it still wasn't fitting properly, I hired Doors by Tim to replace the door installed by the first company. Doors by Tim ordered the correct door, installed it within 7 weeks of my order date and completed the job within a day. The door works great, they reinstalled my locks without damaging them and they cleaned up the job site. Doors by Tim identified the root cause of the problem - house settling- and were able to install the door and the trim to correct the issue so that I no longer have gaps along the door seals that were allowing critters to enter my home. This is the second time I have used their services and I would use them again for other projects. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth the money. I could have saved 6 months of hassle if I had used them in the first place.“
