They got things done in a timely manner kept me Updated on progress because it is a short-term rental for me in Florida and I live in Utah. Quality work was done, everyone was very nice and accommodating and it looks beautiful. Even did a few things without extra cost to make sure everything looked good. Even after they were done they continue to offer help with a few things that they had worked on already. We had LVP floors redone from reddish brown to white oak, everything painted, new doors, trim and baseboards. An all in 1 washer/dryer combo installed, faucets and shower fixtures and lights and fans, kitchen sink and new counters. And Dimmers put in.“

“Need some patchwork work on the ceiling: The drywall company I scheduled to do this back in January never showed up: Took the deposit and nothing was done. After 2 months of waiting, Tom from the Handyman Company showed up and provided a fair estimate that was well under what the other company estimated because Tom explained that the issue was not what the other contractor claimed. Tom was here for the job the same week. Very satisfied with the work and he explained the “why, how, and cause of the issue”. Integrity and transparency along with personable nature sets this company above others I have worked with.“

“I was impressed with Jim from our first meeting. He came out in person to walk the property to scope the job. He acknowledged everything we pointed out, and identified several other things we had not noticed before. After this, he took out his clipboard and hand-wrote his estimate, listing in detail, from memory, everything we had talked about.

His price was not the cheapest (but was close), and was much more comprehensive than others.

On the scheduled date, the crew arrived when expected, and completed all work in a professional manner. After they were done, they walked the property with my wife, who pointed out one tiny crack they had missed (which was only visible in certain light), which they fixed before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and you would not have known they were there.“

Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago.
