“This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. I am so thankful that he was able to do such a thorough inspection and I saved myself a ton of money that I would not have after I bought the home.“

“Over the last 20+ years, we have lived in a couple of different homes. During that time, we have had services provided by electricians, plumbers, roofers, contractors, kitchen/bathroom remodel companies and HVAC services. While many of those experiences and services provided were excellent and the experience many times quite positive, I cannot rate any of those groups in the past higher than our recent experience with Coastal Resurfacing. We recently noticed that a tiny crack had opened in the base of our prefabricated fiberglass shower. While there was never a good time, we were particularly stressed as we’re in a season where it seems multiple items in our home are breaking down. If you’re a homeowner, you know what I mean. We were in no position to completely replace our shower. However, I felt I needed to act somewhat quickly so that water did not start seeping into other areas of my home. Fortunately, I found an advertisement for Coastal Resurfacing in a weekly/monthly flyer we have delivered to our home. I was not even aware resurfacing was an option. After doing my own research and checking out reviews online, this seemed like a viable option. From the time I called until the work had been set-up, work completed and shower ready for use again was just over a week. The administrator/coordinator (Christine) took my call, answered all my questions and set-up my appointment. Could not have been nicer, knowledgeable about the process and professional. The technician who came out for the work was just the same. He arrived on time, explained what he was planning to do, gave me updates throughout the process and delivered beautiful work. “I was impressed with Jim from our first meeting. He came out in person to walk the property to scope the job. He acknowledged everything we pointed out, and identified several other things we had not noticed before. After this, he took out his clipboard and hand-wrote his estimate, listing in detail, from memory, everything we had talked about.

His price was not the cheapest (but was close), and was much more comprehensive than others.

On the scheduled date, the crew arrived when expected, and completed all work in a professional manner. After they were done, they walked the property with my wife, who pointed out one tiny crack they had missed (which was only visible in certain light), which they fixed before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and you would not have known they were there.“

“Need some patchwork work on the ceiling: The drywall company I scheduled to do this back in January never showed up: Took the deposit and nothing was done. After 2 months of waiting, Tom from the Handyman Company showed up and provided a fair estimate that was well under what the other company estimated because Tom explained that the issue was not what the other contractor claimed. Tom was here for the job the same week. Very satisfied with the work and he explained the “why, how, and cause of the issue”. Integrity and transparency along with personable nature sets this company above others I have worked with.“

“Our Project with Zigmund Builders and Roofers was to detect a Roof Leak in our Condominium. Mr. Stephen Crawford, Owner, responded to our request in a Timely Manner. His employees were “On Time”, were “Very Polite” and “Explained” the steps involved in conducting a Water Leak Test.
Mr. Crawford sent us a written report with photographs along with a quote on repairs needed to fix the Roof Leak within @72 hours of the completion of the Water Leak Test. He also communicated with us to ensure we were satisfied with his Report.
