“Paul came out to see what a mess my previous roofer made of my roof. He explained everything to me and told me what he would do. Paul has been with the company since the 80's and then bought into it. The estimate was reasonable and then the crew came early. They were great. Paul stopped by and checked on his crew a couple times which I found to be comforting. They cleaned up nicely and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!“

“Ed is extremely knowledgeable and responded quickly to my request for an estimate. After he quickly diagnosed my roof leak I didn't have to worry about another estimate or calling anyone else, his experience and demeanor were enough proof for me to know he knew exactly how to fix the problem and started repairs that day, before anymore weather could cause anymore water issues. He and his co-worker finished the entire job the next day by replacing my entire ridge vent with a new improved system he preferred over what was in place which wasn't even installed correctly by the roofers that installed it 8 years ago. “Ray, Kai, and Collis Roofing, were the absolute best one could hope for in a roofing company!

I made arrangements for my Father, who lives a 5 hr drive away from me. Collis was recommended by one of his neighbors.

Straight forward and present, from beginning to end!
The initial meeting when Ray arrived at ny Father's house to go over the contract, while I was on the phone during the meeting.
They sent me confirmation when the permit was issued, and again what schedule to expect for the dumpsters arrival.
The day the project was to start, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Kai sent me pictures and updates throughout the 1 1/2 days of the project.
Another notification when the inspection was complete.

They treated my Father as one would/should treat their own. I can't express enough, what that meant to me!

“I’ve had a few roofs replaced in the past but have never experienced the professionalism shown by the owner, Russell Reese of R & R Roofing, the foremen, and the workers. Everything went as scheduled; there were no delays, no excuses for products not being on hand, no crew members not showing up to work, and no surprises. I personally went up on my roof several times over the week to see the work as it progressed. The workers were amazing—they worked together on every aspect of the job—no one was standing around with nothing to do! I had my old shingle roof replaced with a metal one along with new skylights and solar attic fans. Russell and the job foreman, Steve, kept me informed about how long the job would take and when they would arrive on the job each day. They took lots of photographs each day to document the missing hurricane straps and clips that were installed at this time. All in all I am very pleased with the workmanship and the decision I made to hire R & R Roofing for the job.
