“We recently had an entire new tile roof installed by JAL. Family owned, Jose Leyva, the owner was hand on through all facets of the project and inspected daily. They had up to 10 roofers working seam during the removal process from 7am to 7pm.

Everyone was professional and competent. They know their jobs well and each was efficient in their areas of responsibilities. Jose assigned and rotated in specialists for each phase of the work. They communicated with us on a daily basis on what to expect and took time to explain the process throughout each phase of the installation. No question went unanswered. They went through every inch of the old roof and replaced all rotten woods. They use high end top of the line materials. The crew took time to throughly clean up the job site at the end of each day

Most importantly, they are honest and principled organization. They don’t take shortcuts. They do EXACTLY what they said they’d do. We hired an independent roofing inspection to inspect their work through multiple phases of the installation; and not only it passed inspection, our inspector had nothing but high praises for JAL’ s workmanship and quality materials. JAL Roofing doesn’t nickel and dime you. Theres no hidden cost like most roofing companies we interacted with. Their price was competitive. Lastly, their office manager Tianna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process of selecting the right tiles, paperwork, permits and coordinating logistics.

I made arrangements for my Father, who lives a 5 hr drive away from me. Collis was recommended by one of his neighbors.

Straight forward and present, from beginning to end!
The initial meeting when Ray arrived at ny Father's house to go over the contract, while I was on the phone during the meeting.
They sent me confirmation when the permit was issued, and again what schedule to expect for the dumpsters arrival.
The day the project was to start, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Kai sent me pictures and updates throughout the 1 1/2 days of the project.
Another notification when the inspection was complete.

They treated my Father as one would/should treat their own. I can't express enough, what that meant to me!

Everything went as scheduled; there were no delays, no excuses for products not being on hand, no crew members not showing up to work, and no surprises. I personally went up on my roof several times over the week to see the work as it progressed. The workers were amazing—they worked together on every aspect of the job—no one was standing around with nothing to do! I had my old shingle roof replaced with a metal one along with new skylights and solar attic fans. Russell and the job foreman, Steve, kept me informed about how long the job would take and when they would arrive on the job each day. They took lots of photographs each day to document the missing hurricane straps and clips that were installed at this time.
