From my first contact with Tom, to working with Nicky in the office, and then partnering with Tim on the project details, every step was efficient, detailed, professional, and seamless. My neighbors commented on how professional, efficient, and high‑quality the work was.

During the job, the team uncovered a significant issue with my chimney. They had the skills on-site to handle it immediately—opening the roof, rebuilding the chimney, and repairing the stucco—all at a very fair additional cost.

As a bonus, when I first contacted JMak for quote, I mentioned that I needed some additional work beyond the roof. Tom was a pleasure to work with and made sure he helped support me with my contractor search. Working with Johnny was a pleasure, when I would text or call he would get right back with me and he was on the job several times a day making sure everything was going right. They went above and beyond from start to finish. My wife asked if they could cut the leftover metal pieces so we could use them on our shed to help keep the critters out. Not only did they cut them, but they took the time to measure everything for us. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
We also asked them to come back a few times because we kept finding a few nails in the yard. They never complained and returned each time with a great attitude. We know we were probably a bit of a pain, but when you're spending that kind of money, you want everything done right. They treated us with respect every step of the way.
The roof looks fantastic! You can't beat the price, the workmanship, or the warranty that comes with it. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
