We had some water damage to portions of our facia and roof decking. They documented everything with photos, explained what was required to repair it, and then carefully repaired it all. The crew covered all of our outdoor items and did an incredible job cleaning up. Including our deck, driveway and using a magnetic sweep to catch any nails. This company has its act together and the entire process was seamless from point of sale, administrative/billing, construction, to cleanup. Robert, the sales rep is extremely knowledgeable and represents Wescon well. He was transparent and went the extra mile to explain the process as well as the possibility of the unexpected. Fortunately, this did not occur. David, the supervisor was hands on and very thorough in his follow up. The crew arrived on time and took special care with covering the landscaping and walkway. Paul has been with the company since the 80's and then bought into it. The estimate was reasonable and then the crew came early. They were great. “In October 2025 I had Chris from Sun Coast Roofing & Solar give me an estimate on a re-roof and gutter installation. Of the 5 roofing companies who bid on the job, Sun Coast had the lowest bid (which included new 6” gutters) but the only company that would install gutters and the cost was included in his bid. Chris and his crew were very thorough and professional and finished the entire job in 4 days, including getting the final inspection from the city permitting department. They also did not leave a mess in my or my neighbors yard, which made her very happy. My home looks great!”
