Although they did a great job on the roof , they knew that I was in need of a wind mitigation report so I could get insurance. I called several times to no avail. I was left feeling that once they got the final payment I was no longer of any importance. The day after I first posted my review, I got a call from the man who was supposed to do the wind mitigation report. He told me that he had just gotten the order a day ago. So not only do they forget you once you pay, they tell untruths just to placate you. I suggest reading all the reviews and then going with a different company
THANK YOU JOSH AT HIPPO ROOFING!!! I had 6 different quotes for a new roof, the last one being Josh from Hippo. Josh was the only one who was knowledgeable enough to recognize enough hail damage for an insurance claim. He took the time to meet with me and the insurance adjuster and went out of his way to save me THOUSANDS!!! I am forever grateful for Josh and Hippo roofing!
