To me, the true test of a company isn't when everything goes according to plan—it's how they respond when something unexpected happens. We encountered a couple of issues during our project, the biggest of which was completely outside of DC Roofing's control. The manufacturer delivered metal roof panels that were the wrong color—and not just slightly off, but dramatically different from what we ordered.
