Solar panels for pool heating leaked and the water caused significant rust damage. We later learned the metal roofing material was not appropriate for where we live. After talking to roofing companies, I chose DC Roofing. They were very prompt and responsive in assessing the damage and giving us a quote. The teardown and installation of the new roof went smoothly. The crews were prompt and cleaned up at the end of every day. The new roof looks great and has the appropriate composition. DC Roofing did a great job on our re-roof. Everyone from the office staff to the installation crew were friendly, professional and committed to delivering a quality job at a great price. We had some water damage to portions of our facia and roof decking. They documented everything with photos, explained what was required to repair it, and then carefully repaired it all. The crew covered all of our outdoor items and did an incredible job cleaning up. Including our deck, driveway and using a magnetic sweep to catch any nails. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend you give DC (David and Colleen) Roofing a chance to earn your business.
I had a water stain on the ceiling in the master bath. Two roofers said it was from the vent directly above on my roof .They both said it would be $300.00 to replace the vent .Ron from DC Roofing was the only one who said he would have to get up in the attic to see where the leak was coming from . Ron informed me & took pictures it was not from the vent on the roof but AC pipe that insulation had come off.Ron also took pictures of the pipe which I sent to my AC people He advised me to contact my AC installers Ron from DC roofer did not charge me anything & neither did Able AIr who fixed the problem .I would highly recommend D C Roofing for all your roofing needs .Thanks...read full review
