One customer was taken aback when additional costs were introduced that were not included in the original quote. Additionally, there were issues with schedule changes and cleanup, with debris left in the lawn post-completion. While the roofing work is commendable, Advanced Roof Technology could benefit from enhancing their customer communication and post-job cleanup processes.
In August of 2026 I had a complete roof installation of a 24 G metal roof on my manufactured home. Advanced Roof Technology were very competitive in the pricing, did a GREAT job, cleaned up everything afterwards and answered all of my questions. They truly deserve a 5 star rating. Extremely satisfied !
