“We just finished a job with Todd Thomas Homes which included renovating two 30 year-old bathrooms, new flooring for four separate rooms, paint in three rooms, and adding a closet in the master bedroom. Our supervisor, Greg, was very involved day to day. There were a few minor issues, as expected with any remodel job, but Greg made sure they were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. He is a great problem solver and even suggested some things that we had not thought about. The best part is they finished earlier than the estimate finish date. We really enjoyed using Builder Trend to see the schedule of work that was happening on any given day or planned for the following week(s). By the end of the project, Greg was a trusted friend and part of the family. We are grateful for his dedication to our job. Also enjoyed working with Betty (cabinet layout), Lester (cabinet installation), and Rob (love my custom closet). The demo team was amazing… polite, courteous, respectful, and clean! “This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. I am so thankful that he was able to do such a thorough inspection and I saved myself a ton of money that I would not have after I bought the home.“

“The owner visited our location, discussed options, and provided a written quote. The office administrator was responsive and helpful from accepting the estimate, scheduling the work between our availability and theirs, and finalizing the paperwork
We had an old lift removed and a new replacement lift installed. We had a rotting cross beam on a secondary lift that required that entire lift to be removed and a new support piling to be placed. The week this work was done was tremendously hot with record-breaking heat indexes. The team was very skilled and worked hard. We are completely satisfied with all of the work done. They straightened up around the work area each day and cleaned up beautifully on the last day!

He acknowledged everything we pointed out, and identified several other things we had not noticed before. After this, he took out his clipboard and hand-wrote his estimate, listing in detail, from memory, everything we had talked about.

His price was not the cheapest (but was close), and was much more comprehensive than others.

On the scheduled date, the crew arrived when expected, and completed all work in a professional manner. After they were done, they walked the property with my wife, who pointed out one tiny crack they had missed (which was only visible in certain light), which they fixed before leaving.
