Beautiful gate built by Tom who used pieces from my deceased husband’s gate and incorporated it into a new one. It’s absolutely beautiful and heart felt.
Land and Sea also installed the lift for our 1970 Choy Lee Clipper 36. Excellent work. Quality company.

Reviews
I highly recommend this company. Carter is a no-nonsense contractor. His prices are fair. My project was completed in a timely manner and correctly. The crew, Tony, Adrea, Dion, Antonio had it all under control. They were good natured, professional and highly mechanically skilled. Office manager, Christiann, is the backbone of the company. What a kind, due diligent and patient person. Best regards to you and yours, Jennifer
We had a wonderful experience with our seawall and dock project from start to finish. The company was transparent with pricing and timelines, anticipatory of our needs, and even included sod as an added bonus. Our foreman, Reef, was incredibly knowledgeable, and the crew was courteous, respectful, and worked hard to bring our vision to life.
