I recently had Florida Roofing and Renovations replace my house's flat roof because of a ceiling leak. Tried to have it repaired, and no one was able to stop the water from coming into my home. It was so bad that parts of the ceiling were coming down.
I was told to call Michael, the owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations. He came out and determined the cause of the leak: the area where my air conditioner is on the roof. The roof needed to be replaced under the AC.
Michael’s crew removed the AC unit, then the rest of the roof, and repaired the wood damaged by the leak. Then they put a whole new roof on my house.
