East Coast Construction SD recently completed a renovation of the master bathroom and bedroom in our Melbourne Beach home.
We chose them after winnowing down our options to three general contractors based on the BBB and other review sources. Sean, their president, was the one who came to see the rooms we wanted renovated, discuss our vision for the renovation, and take measurements and photos. Sean prepared a detailed proposal and made requested adjustments as we worked through design choices and final material selections.

My wife (Tanya) and I feel compelled to leave a review for Sean and his team at Eastcoast Construction SD. We didn't end up utilizing Eastcoast Construction only because we have a very small bathroom that needed to be remodeled due to some old plumbing that needed to be replaced. We have a friend that has a small remodel business that we ended up giving him a chance to build his business.

Our repair/renovation history with East Coast Construction SD has been everything we could have realistically imagined and exceeded our expectations in every aspect of this exceptionally comprehensive project.
