“Had to replace my old backflow preventer. I did the work myself by putting in a brand new 420XL. I called several individuals, but I got no exact time, no call back and no replies from most. I even had one plumber come to my home and tell me it failed the inspection and wanted me to pay him to take apart the brand new unit and fix it. I was furious and told him to go away. , In comes A1 SERVICE PLUMBING. The Manager/dispatch gentleman told me, "If I say our plumber will be there around 16:00 he will be there around 16:00 and he was. The gentleman from A1 Plumbing was great. He did the inspection and told me it passed and there was no problem with it. Their prices for the Backflow/Cross connect Is more than fair and very reasonable. Coupled with their professionalism they saved the day and I have no threat of having my water shut off and I didn't get taken for a financial ride. Thank You Gentlemen.“
