“Ramon was our savior!! Took the time to fully understand the ongoing issue ( showers not draining properly). troubleshooted each area to determine root cause and got the job done. Actually took the time to explain how everything ‘works’ and also showed me how to confirm that water/plumbing is draining properly all the way to the outside/main drain.
