I contacted Long's Certified Plumbing Service to disconnect my water softener. First, they could not locate my main water shut-off valve. Fortunately, Mr. Long helped in installing one which will be a great deal if I ever need to shutoff the water in the future. Once that was resolved, they disconnected the water softener and reconnected everything flawlessly. The work was efficient and professionally done.
