We moved into our newly built home a little over a week ago. It’s been cooler out so the AC hasn’t run. Today was the first day it ran since moving in. We noticed it was feeling warm and humid while the unit was running for about an hour. I called Strada and within 30 minutes a tech was here. The tech, Enrique Hernandez was very helpful and got us up and running. He was very informative some packages Strada offers. He even discussed maintenance with me, which I appreciate as a first time home owner. Enrique was awesome!

John Camacho,, the technician was excellent! I have been having him since last year 2023. He is humble man, but his attitude godward to his customers is so caring. He makes sure he has all answers for his costumers, makes sure everything works good before he leaves. I highly recommend him and his company.
