The vets and techs are always so helpful in finding the right care for all my pets, cats and dogs, and answer any questions I have. Oh and The new building is very nice and spacious! He takes the time to listen, genuinely collaborates with you, and makes you feel completely heard and respected as a pet parent. You never feel rushed or dismissed. The entire staff is wonderful, and the front desk team especially deserves recognition. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome and cared for during what can be a very stressful time.
The facility itself is thoughtfully designed with a huge, quiet waiting area, and the little touches, bandana with anti-anxiety spray, snacks and drinks available, make a real difference when you’re anxious and waiting with a sick pet.
Cost-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. Pricing was no more than my regular vet, and everything was clearly disclosed upfront before any procedures were done. That level of transparency builds so much trust.
