“Good visit. Chose Bay because Forest Park would only take two pets at one appointment. I have three. Vet was thorough. Techs were great. Friendly and cost was reasonable for monthly prevention and meds. Although dental cleaning can be done at Banfield for half the price.“
“I have been coming here awhile with a couple of my pets. They treat me and my pets like family. I honestly don't know what I would've done without them. Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Had it not been for them I honestly don't know if we would still have her with us. I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else.“
“This is a great vet. I was there on time and I was seen on time. They were patient with me and my babies. They have preventive care plans and their Staff is knowledgeable. I felt like they were family. Tristan was great and explained everything to me before it was done. I also love that I'm allowed in the room when my babies were getting treatment. (Covid at my other vet prevented that) this is a great local vet with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.“
“After a miscommunication with my appointment this morning, I ended up having to leave without my dog being seen. Something happened with my appointment not being saved so we weren’t able to get my dog in.the veterinarian at this hospital reached out to me via phone, and made sure that my dog was taken care of. This was after an obviously very stressful day for the entire establishment. I just really feel like she went above and beyond, and sounded like she truly cared about getting my dog taken care of. It sounded like she was dealing with crises all day, and my dog just has a skin infection. To me of course it’s a big deal, but I could see in the eyes of others how other crises would take precedence. But she still took time out of a very intense day to call me and give me, a nearly 15 minute phone consultation and go out of her way to make sure that my dog is taken care of before the weekend. I was a little unsure this morning to continue bringing my animals here and now I am very set on taking them here anytime they need anything.Thank you Dr. Focke.“

I have a rescue who is way overweight & one with Bad arthritis And he gave me recommendations and options, especially for the overweight one. I don’t think I have found another vet & staff in this town That have taken the time to explain it all instead of here’s the Medicine come back if it doesn’t Get any better. He’s a good vet. I hope he sticks around And of course the Staff are amazing And do great work also Thank you for treating Me and my animals kindly.“

I texted Dr Ford that morning and he said he could come to our home that afternoon and help our beautiful boy to pass over.He was so professional.The event went exactly as we had imagined, with us there with our boy, he was at his home in his bed. We were the last faces he saw and he fell asleep with us rubbing his ears and telling him how much we love him.We appreciate Dr Ford so much. His concern for us and the attention to the details of the procedure left us with a peaceful last memory of our forever loved boy, Guinness.“

“Sadly, we had to put our beloved dog down last week. Dr. Bo, who has been her vet for years, was so patient with us, giving us the time we needed. When we left, he told us not to worry about paying that day. I called today to make payment and Dr. Bo and the Vet Tech, Mayson, waived their fee. We were only charged for the supplies necessary. He has always been a great vet, but this was beyond unexpected. Thank you Dr. Bo and all the staff for your kindness and care.
