“Took a new, very young pet that was having issues from its previous owner. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation. When I got there as they opened, we were told it would take an hour at least due to the vet being in an accident. It was suggested I go to another facility due to my pet's condition. Realizing it was an hour and half drive alone to the next possible emergency vet, I took the gamble and stayed. Brianna could see how upsetting this was and got my place back in line as I decided to stay. Not long after, Morgan came and asked me to sit with her to answer questions. She was absolutely compassionate, caring, and doing everything she could to help with my pet. Brianna tagged in again to help get all information for the vet for when they finally arrived so we could hit the ground running. As soon as possible, my pet was taken back and seen by Dr. Paul who was very direct about the situation and left me feeling content leaving my pet in their care overnight. I received updates, friendly communication, and was informed of the costs (estimates) in a professional manner. Brianna was there again upon dischage which made me feel even better to know that my pet received continuous care from at least one same caring nurse. Morgan and Brianna absolutely made the whole experience comfortable and less stressful. Amazing nurses that I would definitely leave the care of my pet in again. Thank you again so much for care my pet received.“

They got us in very quickly and treated our dog and us with alot of respect and understanding even going above and beyond to keep the cost down as much as possible to help us out.
