After a miscommunication with my appointment this morning, I ended up having to leave without my dog being seen. Something happened with my appointment not being saved so we weren’t able to get my dog in.the veterinarian at this hospital reached out to me via phone, and made sure that my dog was taken care of. This was after an obviously very stressful day for the entire establishment. I just really feel like she went above and beyond, and sounded like she truly cared about getting my dog taken care of. Called so many vets to get my dog help for a venomous snake bite! First place they told me to take him to an emergency vet, knowing it would cost me a fortune I then asked if they could give me a suggestion but nope it was against regulations, I called SPCA they said it had been 2 days since the snake bite… he’s got no chance bring him in and sign a paper and I said sign a paper for what they said to have ur dog Euthanized! ? I said excuse me ?? She said yeah it’s too late for anti-venom he’s not going to make it. I broke down in tears and felt like my dog was going to die because all ppl care about is money! Good and clean and convenient location. Prices seemed ok compared to other vets I've used. And staff seemed very attentive. We will be using them for However long we remain in this area.
