I have been coming here awhile with a couple of my pets. They treat me and my pets like family. I honestly don't know what I would've done without them. Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Had it not been for them I honestly don't know if we would still have her with us. I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else.

Completely Genuine Staff. Dr Paul was absolutely amazing. Every person in the building made me feel like they truly cared about my baby. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, and they worked with me to find the best and safest way to help her with the amount of money that I had. I am so glad I took her there.

Dr. Paul and Megan (sp?) were extremely kind and patient with my dog and I when she was hit by a car. Thankfully everything seems to be on the up-and-up and she is on the road to recovery. They were calming and took steps to make sure she was okay, or let me know otherwise. It is nice to have a emergency vet in Bay County again, and I am glad it is this staff.
