Today we had to say goodbye to our wonderful dog, Miss Charlie. Her illness was unexpected and sudden. Dr. Favaloro and his staff were wonderful. They made a very heartbreaking experience bearable. Their kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.
Always a pleasure to go here. Staff is very nice and vets are knowledgeable and friendly. Very good with my 2 dogs.
I cannot possibly say enough to convey how wonderful this vet and the entire staff has been. When I called - having never been a customer but in the midst of an urgent issue - they got me in that same day. They helped me face tough decisions with care, with accurate information, with sympathy and understanding. My dog was terminally ill, and EVERY single time I called, panicking over a new symptom or issue, they got us in ASAP - usually same day but I can't recall ever waiting longer than one day.
